Weekly Update for 3rd November 2023
Remembrance in November
During the month of November we remember those who have gone before us. The ask God our Father to welcome then into heaven and we pray:
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they resting peace. Amen.
May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
Our children will be taking part in the local act of remembrance next Sunday for more details click here.
Winter Uniform
The switch to winter uniform has gone very smoothly for most. We've noticed that some children aren't in correct uniform and from Monday we'll be asking you to pop to the office so that they can help you find what you might need in our pre-loved uniform collection to make sure your child is in correct uniform.
Travelling to school in a sustainable way
So many children have been walking, scooting or cycling to school recently! Well done guys! WoW badges for October are being given out to them. Keep it up!
Sadly local residents and the church are continuing to raise concerns about inconsiderate parking. Please remember our neighbours and those in the local community if you have to drive. Please consider them when you choose to park where you do. Also consider the reputation of the school!
Thank you to the vast majority of you who get it! Come on the rest of you!
