Weekly Update for 29th November - Advent 1
This Sunday you'll see the first candle on the Advent wreath lit. You may have a wreath or candles at home.
Light the first purple Advent candle on your wreath this weekend and say
this prayer together:
God of hope,
we are sometimes afraid,
but you are always with us
showing us the way.
Hear our prayers of hope.
Help us to share your hope
with everyone.
Amen.

Parking in the car park opposite school
This week we’ve received more feedback from local residents about parking in the area, and we’d like to kindly remind everyone to be mindful of where vehicles are parked.
Some of you have been using the private car park opposite the school, which is reserved for the residents of those flats. Unfortunately, this has caused some frustration among the residents, and we’ve been informed that when approached, some parents have been less than courteous. Residents tell us some that parents have been very rude and verbally abusive. Rudeness like this gives the school a ‘bad name’ in the local community. Please be more considerate of local people and don’t park there.
As a school, we want to maintain positive relationships with our local community, and it's important that we show respect for everyone and kindness too.
Please refrain from parking in this private car park moving forward, and instead park away from school. Walking, cycling or scooting are much better options.
Thank you for your continued support!
Attendance and Lateness
Mr Marsh - an update
I'm continuing to feel a bit better each day and have been popping into school. I'm very grateful for everyone's continued best wishes and I'm hoping to see more of you as the days go on.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
