Home Start

The Home-Start service is available in the boroughs of Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow and offers one to one support for parents with a child under 5, reaching out to families at risk of social exclusion.  They place trained volunteers alongside parents to support them during difficult times. Parents may be struggling with depression, divorce, historic domestic abuse, bereavement, disability or a combination of factors that can affect their children’s welfare.  If you come across a family that could need our help, please contact us on
