Enrichment

Enrichment

As part of our ongoing commitment to developing well-rounded young people, our offer and pupil experience extends beyond academic excellence.

Our holistic approach to education encompasses a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom that aims to nurture pupils’ individual talents, develop life-long skills, encourage the pursuit of interests and passions, and exploration of new ones.

Whether participating in a range of sports, exploring music and drama, understanding coding, uncovering history or discovering the world, there is something for everyone. The below should hopefully give you a flavour of our enrichment offer:

Leadership

We value our pupil voice and encourage our pupils to take on roles of responsibility and develop leadership skills through the following:

  • School Council
  • Sports Leaders
  • Mini Vinnies Chaplaincy Team
  • Eco Warriors
  • Learning Leaders

Trips

School trips and visits to places of educational interest are an integral part of our curriculum. They provide rich and memorable experiences for pupils, support their learning and provide them with a sense of the wider world.

  • Rome in Y6
  • PGL Marchants Hill in Y5
  • The British Museum
  • Kew Gardens
  • Bocketts Farm
  • The London Transport Museum
  • Syon House and Park
  • The River Thames
  • The Natural History Museum
  • The Science Museum

Clubs

We have a number of clubs on offer to our pupils, covering a range of diverse interests.

  • These are under review for the time being and we are gathering the views of children and parents.

Projects and Workshops

We work with a wide range of external partners who share their knowledge and skills with pupils, staff and parents, providing exciting opportunities and allowing for personal development.
